Roast Potatoes Recipe Garlic (European cuisine)

These materials make garlic roasted potato:
- 1 1 / 2 kg of white potatoes or small red potatoes
- 1 / 4 cup olive oil
- 1 1 / 2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic (6 cloves)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

How to make roasted garlic potatoes cook:

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius temperature.

2. Cut potatoes into two or four parts, and place in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. Stir until the potatoes are completely coated.


3. Transfer the potatoes to the pan and arrange in a row. Bake in oven for 45 minutes to an hour or until browned and crisp colored. Turn each slice potatoes using splatula twice during baking to ensure evenly cooked.


4. Remove the potatoes from the oven. Sprinkle parsley and season to taste. Serve while hot.
