Cake Recipes Sweet Potato Pancakes (European cuisine)

Ingredients to bake sweet potato pancakes

* 1 sweet potato

* 2 cups oats
* 2 tablespoons olive oil (optional)
* 1 tablespoon dark molasses (optional)
* 4 eggs
* 1 egg white
* 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
* 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
* 1 cup plain yogurt

How to bake sweet potato pancakes:


1. Stab-stab Sweet potatoes several times with fork.
