Recipe Pecel Catfish With Chili

Ingredients to make catfish pecel:

½ pounds medium-size catfish, clean, copy body

Smooth marinade:

* 1 tsp coriander

* 3 cloves garlic
* 1 tablespoon salt
* 2 cm turmeric
* 1 tablespoon lemon juice

-Spice marinade mashed / blended until smooth and then given water to approximately 100 ml


Ingredients to make catfish chili pecel:

* 6 large pieces of red chilli

* 10 pieces of old cayenne pepper
* 6 pieces curly chili
* 1 large tomato
* 2 spring onions
* 2 tsp white sugar / brown sugar
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 3 teaspoon shrimp paste cooked
* 1 lime for juice
* MSG to taste if liked

1. All the peppers, tomatoes, red onions in boiled until cooked, drain, then with sugar, salt, shrimp paste can be mashed or blended diuleg add lemon juice (can be served directly).

2. The second version ... Heat oil about 2 tablespoons chili entries and add 50 ml water and cook until thick.

* Cucumber

How to Make pecel catfish:
