Thai Fried Rice Recipe
Make Thai Fried Rice Ingredients:

* 400 grams of cold white rice

* 50 ounces of fish jambal salted, roasted, shredded, shredded
Btr * 2 eggs, beaten
* 100 g bean sprouts, remove the tail
* 1 stalk green onion, thinly sliced
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 tablespoons fish sauce
* ½ teaspoon little sugar, cooking oil for sauteing

Fried Chicken Ingredients:


* 100 grams chicken, cut into small squares

* 1 / 2 teaspoon cornstarch
* 1 teaspoon salt
* ½ teaspoon ground pepper

How To Make Thai Fried Rice:


1. Marinate chicken with salt, pepper, and cornstarch, let stand 15 minutes then fry until cooked.

2. Heat cooking oil, put the eggs, stir until grainy, enter the bean sprouts, cook until half cooked, remove from heat. Set aside.
3. Saute garlic until fragrant, put green onion, and salted fish jambal. Add the rice, season fish sauce, salt, pepper, sugar and stir until blended.
4. Add the eggs, bean sprouts, and chicken, stir well, remove and serve.

Servings For 3 People
