Recipe Smoked Salmon Sushi Roll Smoke

The ingredients to make smoked salmon sushi roll:
- 2 cups Japanese sushi rice
- 6 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 6 sheets nori
- 1 avocado, peeled, seeded and sliced
- 1 mentimum fruit, peeled and sliced
- 8 ounces smoked salmon, cut into long slices
- 2 tablespoons wasabi paste

How to make smoked salmon sushi roll:
1. Soak rice for 4 hours, drain. Tanak rice in a rice cooker by adding two cups of water. Rice should be in dry conditions when they add a little vinegar into it.

2. Immediately after rice is cooked, mix six tablespoons of rice vinegar into a steaming hot rice. After that, flatten rice on a plate until completely cool.

3. Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo matting, and then press a thin layer of cold cooked rice onto the nori. Leave about 1 cm below the top edge and the edge of the nori, leave no later coated for easy sealing. Spotted-totolkan wasabi over the rice, then arrange the cucumber, avocado, and smoked salmon on top. Set the position to be about 1 cm away from the bottom edge of nori.
